DustProof and WaterProof Touchscreen
The SAW Dustproof and WaterProof Touchscreen (DPWP) is specially designed to prevent dust or water from influencing the SAW touch screen performance. Minibezel protects transducers: The transducers are completely hidden and protected inside the dustproof metal frame eliminating risk of damage during integration. Minibezel provides flat and consistent mechanical profile: The metal minibezel provides a flat sealed surface that is consistent over long time periods reducing the costs for design and sealing. Dustproof minibezels combined with SafeTouch feature: Dustproof minibezels with SafeTouch screens (6mm tempered glass) are available. Longer life and maintenance-free: The reflectors & transducers of the touch screen are sealed within a special frame to prevent dust and water entering, thus the life of the touch screen is extended and is maintenance-free. Easy and quick installation: The DPWP touchscreen can be simply installed into a kiosk just by tightening the screws. Excellent performance: The DPWP touchscreen has been subject to strict performance and environment tests to meet relevant approval standards including IP65, ball-drop, dustproof, vibration, UL, FCC and CE.
